Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (e.g., Gruyere or Cheddar)
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the minced garlic and salt, then half of the cheese and turkey bacon.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour heavy cream evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
