- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, bacon, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
