- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
