  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, eggnog, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  4. Sift together the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and cinnamon, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  6. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
