  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in red curry paste, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
