  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 cups vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
