  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  4. Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. Stuff each bell pepper with the beef mixture.
  6. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot.
