- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add chopped onions and garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Chop the cooked turkey bacon and add it back to the pot. Stir well.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
