  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
