- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
