An easy and delicious cauliflower casserole featuring turkey bacon for a delightful twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pot of boiling water, blanch the cauliflower florets for about 3 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
