Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 large lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced dill pickles, Greek yogurt, mustard, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place a portion of the chicken salad onto the center of each lettuce leaf.
