1 pound kielbasa, sliced
1 package frozen pierogi
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 cups onion, chopped
2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Layer the sliced kielbasa at the bottom of the crockpot.
Add the frozen pierogi on top of the kielbasa.
In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture over the pierogi.
Add chopped onions on top.
Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.
