- 1 package frozen pierogi
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- In the crockpot, layer half of the frozen pierogi.
- Top with half of the kielbasa, half of the onions, and a layer of cheese.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Spread half of the soup mixture over the cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped bell peppers or seasoned breadcrumbs on top.
- This dish can be assembled the night before and cooked in the morning.
