Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 pound frozen pierogies
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the frozen pierogies in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add half of the kielbasa slices and a layer of sauerkraut.
  3. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, chicken broth, and garlic powder; pour over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
