A delicious and simple recipe for crockpot chicken and noodles that you can whip up any day of the week. Perfect for busy families!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the chicken broth over them.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks and return it to the crockpot.
  5. Add the egg noodles and frozen peas and carrots, stir to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for an additional 30-40 minutes until the noodles are tender.
