- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 hamburger buns
- In a skillet, cook the turkey and bacon until browned.
- Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Transfer to the crock pot.
- Mix in ketchup, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
