2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Prepare a workstation with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat each cheese stick in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
