A delicious twist on classic chicken cordon bleu, featuring a crispy coating and creamy filling with turkey bacon.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Flatten each chicken breast and spread the cream cheese mixture inside.
  4. Layer turkey bacon and Swiss cheese on top, then roll the chicken tightly.
  5. Dip each roll in flour, then beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
