  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken breasts by flattening them with a meat mallet.
  3. Layer each breast with turkey bacon and Swiss cheese, then roll them up tightly.
  4. Dredge each roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the rolled chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until warmed through.
