8 ounces fusilli pasta
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble into pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss until everything is well combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
