  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add potatoes and corn, pour in chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and shrimp, cooking until shrimp are pink.
  6. Add dill, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with turkey bacon.
