A deliciously creamy and hearty dish featuring stuffed pasta shells filled with a savory beef and ricotta mixture.

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and garlic over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cooked beef, ricotta, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the meat and cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish and place the stuffed shells on top.
  6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
