A delightful and creamy pasta salad that combines the flavors of Mexican street corn with the savory taste of turkey bacon.

  • 1 cup corn, grilled
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced

Instructions
