A comforting and rich creamy soup that combines the flavors of lasagna with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for cozy nights.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 12 lasagna noodles, broken
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the broken lasagna noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Add spinach and cooked turkey bacon back to the pot.
  7. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
