  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with remoulade sauce.
