  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
