1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup turkey bacon, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, turkey bacon, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
