- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
