  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a sheet cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, water, vanilla, and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool before serving.
