- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Using a small cookie scoop, drop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
