  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Mix in the melted butter.
  4. Stir in the baking soda and salt.
  5. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract and mix.
  6. Finally, fold in the flour and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
