- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese
- 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
