  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese
  • 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and mix until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Allow cooling at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
