- 1 pound ground chicken
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties and grill or pan-fry until fully cooked.
