- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 large bread bowls
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine shredded chicken, heavy cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until heated through.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture inside and outside of each bread bowl.
- Bake bread bowls in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove bread bowls from oven and fill each with the chicken Alfredo mixture. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
