- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese, chicken ham, and turkey bacon over the potatoes.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the layers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, top with remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
