A deliciously creamy and cheesy scalloped potato dish enhanced with healthy turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese, chicken ham, and turkey bacon over the potatoes.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the layers.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil, top with remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

  • Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • For added flavor, sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving.
