2 cans crescent rolls
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Unroll one can of crescent rolls and place them in a greased baking dish, pressing them together to form a crust.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll crust.
Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place it on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
