  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 whole wheat pizza base

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until combined.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture onto a baking sheet to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the baked cheese crust, followed by the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  8. Bake again for another 8-10 minutes until the eggs are set.
