  • 8 strips turkey bacon
  • 8 slices chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup chamoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by patting the pickles dry with paper towels.
  2. Wrap each pickle with a slice of turkey bacon, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
  3. Next, wrap each bacon-wrapped pickle with a slice of chicken ham.
  4. Arrange the wraps on a baking sheet and drizzle with chamoy sauce.
  5. If desired, sprinkle with chili powder.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
