Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and pour over the crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let cool.
  6. Top with heavy cream, caramel sauce, and chopped pecans before serving.
