  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped apples and half of the caramel sauce.
  7. Divide the batter among the cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  8. Let the cupcakes cool before drizzling with the remaining caramel sauce.
