  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
