- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
