A comforting chili recipe featuring turkey bacon for a twist on traditional flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, including chopped turkey bacon, and mix well.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • For spicier chili, add diced jalapeños.
  • Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
