  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugars until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter into a greased pie pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
