Delicious and easy to make breakfast enchiladas filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Stir in turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  4. Lay out tortillas and fill each with the egg mixture, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Roll the tortillas and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and golden.
