  3. In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, oil, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, fill each cupcake with pastry cream.
  8. Drizzle chocolate ganache over the top of each filled cupcake.
