Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk with yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, egg, and melted butter to the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll the dough, spread Biscoff, and shape into cruffins.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Notes

  • Use more Biscoff spread for a richer flavor.
  • These can be served warm or at room temperature.
