- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the sugars, oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla until well combined.
