- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
